The Emmys were rather awkward this year. Here goes.
Highlights
-30 Rock - best comedy
-The Sopranos - best drama
-Daily Show win
-Conan win
-Ricky Gervais - best actor, comedy (where was he? - lowlight)
-America Ferrerra - best actress, comedy
-comedy writing nominee montages (funniest part of the show, particularly the Real Time one)
Lowlights
-the "in the round" format was not working
-the interactive crap was not working
-the editing and feel of the show was clunky
-bummed that Jenna Fischer and Alec Baldwin got shut out
-alot of the updo hairstyles were sloppy
Fashion (party dresses and whatnot)
-America Ferrerra
-Rachel Griffiths
-Julia Louis-Dreyfus
-Jenna Fischer
-Rashida Jones

The horrendous finale notwithstanding, viva la Sopranos.
That was pretty cool when they all walked out on stage. Almost made up for the odd Jersey Boys thing.
